During this 3 hour experience you will learn everything you need to know about making sausages from scratch. Boning out a shoulder of pork, dicing the meat to size, mincing the meat, using the sausage making machine and tying the sausages at the right size.
This workshop includes a light supper and 1kg of the sausages you made to take home.
